15 years of fair-organization experience across Moscow, St. Petersburg and Russia. From stand design to installation, from permits to logistics — your entire fair process, handled end-to-end, flawlessly.
Since 2010, RussiaFair.ru has been the most trusted partner for international brands exhibiting at Russian trade fairs. We've successfully completed 250+ projects across Russia's major fair venues — Moscow Expocentre, Crocus Expo, VDNH, and St. Petersburg ExpoForum.
We have represented leading international brands at Russian trade fairs. This experience taught us every detail of fair organization: from choosing the right fair to stand design, from customs procedures to installation logistics.
Russia is one of the markets with the highest export potential for international companies. Over 200 international-scale fairs are held annually — spanning food, textiles, furniture, construction, automotive, cosmetics and more.
But entering the Russian market isn't easy: the language barrier, bureaucracy, customs procedures and local business culture are thresholds that must be crossed. Without the right partner, a fair investment can go to waste. We've crossed these thresholds for 15 years — we'll cross them for you too.
We offer every fair-organization service — from stand design to customs clearance — from a single source. One point of contact, one team, one responsibility at every stage.
A transparent, planned process with no surprises. We get your sign-off at every stage and share a report at every step.
You share the fair name, target audience, stand expectations and budget range. We send a detailed proposal within 24-48 hours.
Our architecture team prepares a 3D render. After a round of revisions you approve the final design, and production begins.
Materials are shipped to Russia, cleared through customs and delivered to the venue. Our local crew completes the installation.
We provide on-site support throughout the fair. After closing we handle teardown, transport and a detailed performance report.

The questions we hear most often, answered. If yours isn't listed, ask us via the contact form.
It depends on your sector. For food: Prodexpo and WorldFood Moscow; for furniture: Mebel Russia; for construction: MosBuild; for textiles: CPM Collection Premiere Moscow; for automotive: ComTrans. Tell us your sector and we'll recommend the 2-3 best-fit fairs.
Stand cost has three main components: fair space rental (250-450 USD per m²), stand construction (350-800 USD per m² for custom builds, 150-300 USD for modular) and logistics. For a 50 m² custom stand, we recommend budgeting 25,000-40,000 USD. Fill out the contact form for a detailed quote.
Ideally we start preparation 3-4 months before the fair date. That gives enough time for booking space, stand design, production, customs paperwork and shipping. Shorter timelines (1-2 months) are possible but reduce design flexibility.
We use two main methods: ATA Carnet temporary import (goods return home after the fair) or permanent import (goods remain in Russia). Food samples require extra documentation. Our customs brokers manage the whole process — you only need to provide a signed power of attorney.
Yes. We offer visitor visa support, invitations, hotel booking, fair entry passes, a Russian-speaking interpreter and meeting coordination. A good strategy is to visit as a guest in year one to learn the market, then open a stand in year two.
No — business ties with Russia remain strong and active. In fact, international brand interest has grown in recent years, as many European companies have withdrawn from the market, opening opportunities for others.
Which fair, when, how many m² — just tell us. We'll prepare a detailed quote within 24 hours. No charge for the consultation or quote.
